Gas grill boys

                                      Swamp Chili



                                              Ingredients
               3 lbs ground beef
               1 tbsp butter
               1 cup chopped bell peppers
               2 cups chopped red onions
               1 cup chopped celery
               ¼ cup chopped jalapenos
               4 tbsp chili powder
               2 tsp cumin
               2 tsp mustard powder
               1 tsp black pepper
               2 tsp hot sauce
               ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
               1 (8-oz) can tomato paste
               1 cup cheap burgundy wine
               3 cups water
               1/8 cup molasses

                                              Lagniappe


               Brown meat and drain off excess fat. Set aside

               Melt the butter in a large pot and sauté the bell peppers, onions, celery and jalapenos
               on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

               Add in the meat and the remaining ingredients; simmer for a couple of hours.  Top
               with grated cheddar cheese and serve with crackers or Fritos
