Chili

                                     Johnny cash



                                         Ingredients

                lbs ground beef                                               1 lb sirloin steak
               2 large sweet onions                                        3 cloves garlic
               3 16oz cans whole tomatoes                            2 large green bell peppers
               5 jalapeno peppers, diced                                 1 Habanera pepper
               2 pks. McCormick mild chili seasoning                ½ cup chili powder
               1/3 cup cumin                                                   1 tbsp sage
               1 ½ tbsp Oregano                                               1 tbsp cayenne pepper
               2 15oz cans black beans                                    2-15oz cans pinto beans
               ¼ cup sugar                                                       1 15oz cans kidney beans
                                                                    1 bottle beer
                                                                    ¼ cup self rising cornmeal

               Chop the steak into medium pieces

               Chop the onion and garlic

               Brown the steak and set aside.

               Brown the ground beef drain off the grease and set aside
               Brown ½ the onions and garlic till caramelized and add back in the steak and
               ground beef

               Add the tomatoes, bell peppers and the other half the onions and garlic and
               simmer for a few minutes stirring often. Stir in the spices and taste to your
               liking.

               Once the taste is to your liking drain the cans of beans and add to the
               mixture, taste again and add any additional seasoning you think it needs.

               Add the bottle of beer to the chili cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes
               stirring occasionally

               Add the sugar to taste a little at a time do not get it too sweet, simmer a few minutes
               uncover the chili and add the corn meal and continue simmering to your taste.
