Chicken Cornbread pie


                                         Ingredients



               1 can cream of chicken soup
               1 can corn
               2 cups cooked chicken pieces
               1 (8oz) package corn muffin mix
               ¾ cup milk
               1 egg
               ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese



                                         Lagniappe

               Stir the soup, corn and chicken in a baking dish

               Stir the muffin mix, milk and egg till it forms a batter

               Spread the batter over the chicken mixture

               Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown

               Sprinkle with cheese
