Chicken fried Steak

Ingredients
1 lb tenderized Round Steak
1 pinch meat tenderizer
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
Lard for frying
Lagniappe
Cut the pounded tenderized steaks into serving size, season with the meat
tenderizer, garlic salt and black pepper.
Beat the egg and milk together and add the baking powder.
Roll the steaks in the flour and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Dredge the steaks in the egg wash then the flour again.
Fry in the hot lard till golden brown.
NOTE: for different tastes try using seasoned flour to your taste
