Gas grill boys

                       Stuffed Holiday ham



                                         Ingredients




               1 whole Ham
               1 bunch Kale
               1 bunch Cilantro
               ½ head cabbage
               1 bunch green onions
               3 tbsp red pepper flakes
               1 tbsp Kosher salt.

                                          Lagniappe




               Place all the ingredients in a food processor and chop into fairly small pieces.

               With a small knife, cut several deep slits in the ham and stuff the vegetable
               mixture into the holes.

               Wrap the ham in cheese cloth or an old t shirt, along with the remaining
               vegetable mix and simmer over low heat for 4 hours.  Un-wrap and allow to
               cool, before placing in the refrigerator.

               Slice like lunch meat and serve cold.
