                                Spanish tortilla




                                         Ingredients



               1lb russet potatoes
               1 med onion
               ½ tsp paprika
               1 tsp salt
               ½ tsp black pepper
               6 large eggs
               Smoked sausage
               Bacon
               1 pkg cream cheese
               Grated cheddar or your favorite cheese


                                         Lagniappe



               Slice the potatoes very thin and set aside..  Blend the eggs till they are frothy
               with the pkg of cream cheese.

               In a greased heavy skillet layer the potatoes, onions and sausage covering
               each layer with the egg mixture.

               Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Top with grated cheese and serve with your
               favorite salsa.
