Tuna stuffed

                                     Pasta shells




                                         Ingredients




               1 box large Pasta shells
               1 16 oz can tuna
               1 small grated onion
               2 cup chopped celery
               6 hard boiled eggs chopped
               1 can mix vegetables
               1 can mild green peppers
               1 cup roasted red peppers (pimento)
               1 ½ cup Mayonnaise
               1 chopped Avocado
               Paprika


                                         Lagniappe



               Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, salt and pepper to taste and place
               in refrigerator to cool.

               Cook the pasta in an open pot of seasoned water till firm.  Remove from heat,
               rinse with cold water till cool

               Stuff the large pasta shells with the Tuna salad, sprinkle with Paprika and
               allow the shells to firm up in the refrigerator.

               Serve over lettuce or garnish with parsley.
