(Chipped Beef on Toast)
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef or chopped beef
½ cup flour
2 tbsp beef flavored bouillon
¾ cup non fat dry milk
3 cups water
1 tbsp Worcestershire
½ tsp salt
Black Pepper to taste

Brown Beef in its own fat in skillet, drain off fat
Add flour, pepper, salt and bouillon, mix thoroughly for 5 minutes or until
flour is absorbed
Reconstitute milk with the 3 cups of water and add to the beef mixture along
with the Worcestershire.
Heat to a simmer: stir frequently until thickened.
Serve over toast, hash browns, and biscuits.
