Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups white vinegar
½ cup paprika
¼ cup yellow mustard
th
1/8 cup kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ cup lard
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin

Lagniappe

Mix all ingredients together
Bring to a boil
Turn off all heat and let the sauce set and simmer till cool
Bottle and refrigerate
