“Louisiana bite”

                             Bar-b-que  Sauce

                                           (Kemah, Tx.)


                                         Ingredients


               2 large roasted bell peppers
               2 cloves garlic
               2 tbsp chipotle Tobasco Sauce
               2 tbsp pure cane syrup or molasses
               4 tbsp distilled vinegar
               2 tbsp Ketchup
               Pinch kosher salt

                                         Lagniappe



               Roast & smoke the peppers and Garlic cloves

               Place the peppers and garlic in a food processor and puree (you should end
               up with about a cup of puree)

               Add the remaining ingredients and then liquefy, taste and adjust to your
               liking adding more Tabasco or syrup
