Gas grill boys
Rib and Brisket rub
Ingredients
½ cup white sugar 2 tbsp chipotle powder
½ cup brown sugar 1 tbsp black pepper
¼ cup Ancho chili powder 2 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup kosher salt 2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika 1 tsp white pepper
½ tsp allspice
Lagniappe
Mix all ingredients together and store in a mason type jar
Rub meat down very well with Molasses or Prepared Mustard
Coat with the Rub and let set overnight.
Remove and allow the meat to dry before smoking.
