Beef rub
Ingredients
3 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chili or rancho powder
1 tsp chipotle or cayenne powder
Lagniappe
Mix all ingredients together and store in a mason type jar
Rub meat down very well with Molasses or Prepared Mustard
Coat with the Rub and let set overnight.
Remove and allow the meat to dry before smoking.
