Smokehouse Butter
Ingredients
2 sticks of butter (room Temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
Lagniappe
Simply mix all the ingredients together till it is the consistency you want.
Serve on the side in small container.

Honey Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 pinch crushed red pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp diced ginger (optional)

Whisk the chicken stock and cornstarch together until smooth. Add the honey, soy
Sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar and Ginger whisk, till well combined.
In a medium sauce pan sauté the garlic and chili flakes in the oil till softened (about 2
minutes)
Whisk in the chicken broth mixture and bring to a simmer stirring constantly until the
sauce is slightly thickened.
