Crawfish Dip



                                         Ingredients



               ½ cup butter
               1 cup mayonnaise
               2 lbs crawfish tails
                ½ tsp hot sauce
               4 8 oz packages cream cheese
               1 bunch green onions
               1 tsp Worcestershire sauce



                                         Lagniappe








               Melt the butter in a large skillet, add half the green onions and cook till
               wilted, add the crawfish tails reduce the heat and simmer for about 10
               minutes.

               In another bowl stir together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until well
               blended.  Season with the hot sauce and Worcestershire until the mixture is
               pink in color.

               When the crawfish mixture has cooled, blend with the cream cheese mixture
               along with the other half of the green onions.

               Mix well and allow the dip to sit overnight
