Mojito

Juice of 1 lime
3 mint leaves torn
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz citrus flavored rum
Splash soda
Splash 7-up
Splash dark rum
Mint & crushed sugar cane for garnish

Put the mint, syrup and lime juice in a glass and crush them together. Add the rum
soda, 7-up and fill with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass and top with a floater
of dark rum. Garnish with a mint sprig and sugar cane stalk.

Suffering Bastard

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz bourbon
3 oz ginger ale
Juice of 1 lime
Sprig of mint & cherry for garnish.

Mix in an ice filled glass and shake before serving.

1 bottle rum

1 bottle black berry brandy
1 bottle banana liquor
1 bottle lime juice
½ bottle grenadine
