2 oz good dark rum like Meyers
1/2 Oz Curaco
1/2 Oz Orgeat (almond syurp)
1 1/2 oz apple juice
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
2 drops Angostura bitters
Garnish with orange, pineapple and cherries

Hurricane

1 1/2 oz Meyers Rum
1 1/2 oz light Bacardi rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp grenadine
1/2 tsp sugar

Add cherries and pineapple for garnish.

Add a sugar cube top with 151 and light it up if you like.

You can substitute Malibu or any spiced rum like Captain Morgan in place of any of
the three above if you wish.
