                                 Bloody Mary



               Ice
               Citrus Vodka
               Clamato Juice
               Celery seeds
               Worcestershire
               Hot sauce
               Juice of one lime
               Black pepper
               Pickled, Asparagus, Okra, or pickle spear

               These Bloody Marys served at Manny’s Beach Club in Puerto Penasco are
               totally different than our Norte Americano version.

               Fill a tall glass with ice, pour a generous shot of citrus vodka over the ice,
               and add the Worcestershire sauce 4 shakes (1 tbsp.

                Then add the Celery seeds (1 tsp) to the ice and vodka. Add the hot sauce of
               your choice (two shakes), a dash of black pepper. Juice a fresh Lime over the
               ice and add the Clamato juice.  Garnish with a lime wedge and a stalk of your
               favorite pickled garnish. The trick to this Bloody Mary is the Clamato and
               the Lime juice.
