                               Tasso & shrimp




                                         Ingredients


               1 lb large shrimp
               ¼ lb Tasso cut very thin
               Creole Mustard Butter (see sauces)


                                         Lagniappe


               This recipe is very simple serve as an appetizer or main course.

               Just wrap the thin strip of Tasso (or bacon) around each shrimp, secure with a
               toothpick. Brush with the Mustard sauce and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

               Remove the Shrimp, brush with the Mustard sauce again and serve hot.
