             In ancient  Sanskrit language, mandala  means ‘circle’.  Mandala art is a

             complex abstract design that is usually circular in form. It is considered
             as a form of therapy that helps people in releasing stress and anxiety.

             1.  Here is a sample of Mandala art for you. Now try creating your own

                design referring to the sample. Have fun and don’t forget to fill it with
                colours of your choice!
