PowerPoint, and printed in a large-size format such as 36 in. by 48 in. Posters are then attached onto
mounting boards at the meeting site for audience review. A digital file can also be e-mailed to a media service
for printing at the meeting site. A recent trend is for web posting of the poster display prior to the meeting on
the conference web site, which may be archived afterward for reference by the organization. Guidelines for
poster computer generation are outlined in Figure 14-3. An example of a poster is illustrated in Figure 14-4.
