Lleona: (lowering her voice)
"I know you, Javi. You’re not a good liar. If something’s going on, you’d better tell me now before it
gets out of hand."

Javi clenches his jaw, trying to stay composed. He knows he can’t let her find out about Abigaile. Not
yet.

Javi: (firmly)
"There’s nothing to tell."

Lleona stares at him for a long moment, the tension between them thickening. Finally, she steps back,
but there’s still suspicion in her eyes.

Lleona:
"Fine. But don’t make me regret trusting you. We’ve been partners for years. Don’t forget that."
Javi watches her walk away, feeling the weight of her words. Lleona’s loyalty to the system is
unwavering, and he knows if she finds out what he’s planning, she’ll try to stop him. As she disappears
down the hallway, Javi exhales, knowing that time is running out.
