Note the difference between unspecified
diagnosis (the person has a diagnosis of
ID but the level is not recorded or is

information) and diagnosis unknown (the
person collecting data cannot determine
whether the person has an ID diagnosis).
Please note, if level of ID is not collected
in a manner consistent with NCI
categorizations, your NCI coordinator will
contact HSRI to determine how to code.
