UPDATED 2020 Annual Meeting and Elections, and Mid-Term Meetings

NCISS Annual and Mid-Term Meetings, Elections and COVID19

NCISS members,

After much thought and discussions with the Executive Committee, and with approval of the Board, I
believe holding our board meeting online as well as elections is crucial to the continued growth of our
association.

The Nominating Committee will be reaching out to those that were interested in stepping up into
positions to determine if they are still available to serve, and of course still interested. Our Bylaws
Committee is also hard at work to change some crucial items prior to the end of the year.

The following meetings will be held via Zoom, information will be sent to members; these are at 1:00pm
EST and are expected to be 2-3 hours. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

October 8th – Mid-Term (1 of 2)
October 15th – Mid-Term (2 of 2)
November 11th – Annual Meeting and Elections; New Board

The Board will consider moving the 2021 Annual Meeting to the fall to eliminate a continuous longer
term for those coming in.

I know this is a strong community and we can help each other through this. Be well and stay safe! Thank
