HUMAN RESOURCES / RISK MANAGEMENT

                                                          DGR MANAGER IN TRAINING GUIDE

Additionally, leaders may work with employees in creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to
promote and support individual development goals. It will be up to each leader to determine whether to
require their direct report to complete an IDP.

Leaders should hold these development conversations more frequently with new staff or those working
on stretch or learning assignments within an IDP, and less frequently with experienced staff. At a
minimum, these conversations are expected to occur quarterly.
