               UltiPro usernames are GESM+ their employee number (GESM100009999) and default passwords are the
               employees DOB in MMDDYYYY format.
                   •  For password resets, employees can click the “forgot your password” or contact HR Admin for a
                       reset if they are locked out.

               ULTIPRO MOBILE APP

               An UltiPro app is available in the iTunes and Android app stores.  The app gives employees access to
               their personal data and allows them to make changes to their address, benefits, and W4 on their phone
               and/or tablet. Managers can access their employees’ information and approve/deny change requests
               using the app.

               The first time the app is opened on a new device, users must enter the company code GESMN100 and
               then enter their usual account information.  Once the initial log-in is completed fingerprint log-in can be
               enabled if desired.  More information can be found on the Insider.

               PAYROLL DEADLINES

               Pay dates are every other Friday for the previous 2 weeks (Sun-Sat). Payroll is processed on Monday and
               Tuesday of the pay week. However, employee changes need to be submitted by the end of day Friday
               prior to the pay date. See the Payroll Schedule for the yearly payroll calendar.

               Timekeeping approval process requires your timely attention, particularly on the Monday’s of pay
               weeks. However, it is recommended that you are reviewing timecards frequently throughout the pay
               period to watch for missing punches, time off approvals and other adjustments.

                   •  Managers review/edit/approve employee timecards by 9:30am Monday’s of pay week (no
                       later!)
                          o  Friday before pay week – Payroll sends reminder email to the ASM and GM advising of
                              missed punches. Please correct these before 9:30 am Monday morning, at the latest.
                          o  Monday of pay week
                                   By approximately 8:30am another email is sent to ASM and GM advising of
                                     missed punches that are still not corrected. Please correct immediately!
                                   By 9:30am, Payroll sends an email to the ASM and GM if you have timecards not
                                     approved.
                                   By 10:00am, if you have timecards still not approved, an email will be sent to
                                     the ASM, GM and a copy to your District Manager. At this same time, we are
                                     locking timecards and you cannot edit.
                                   If you still have edits or have missed something in the employees’ pay it is too
                                     late for this week’s pay. Send the details in an email to payroll@gesmn.org and
                                     they will be added to the next paycheck (not this weeks).
