This overview is intended to provide a brief description of GESMN benefits and provide Managers with
guidance as to your role in assisting your employees with understanding their benefits.
RESOURCES
Detailed benefit information can be found on the Insider, for those employees with a GESMN email
address and on the employees UltiPro home page. Employees will enroll in or view their benefits in
UltiPro Menu > Myself > Life Events > “I’m a New Hire/Rehire”. Managers are asked to assist their
employees with navigating through the UltiPro enrollment system along with providing them access to
the Benefit documents they may need to make their decisions. See New Hire Onboarding Process
SUMMARY AND ELIGIBILITY
GESMN offers a full benefit package to those employees with a Full-Time status and eligibility is 1 of

the month following 30 days of their initial employment. These benefits include Health, Dental, Vision,
Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s) for medical and dependent care,
Company paid Life, Voluntary Life, LTD, STD, voluntary Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity
plans, Legal Plan, Employee Assistance, and Pet Insurance.
