HRIS and PAYROLL
UltiPro is our Human Resource Information and Payroll System (HRIS) and Kronos is our timekeeping
system.
UltiPro is where employee changes such as pay rates, job changes, direct deposit, address changes,
employees W4 elections and emergency contacts are made.
• Employees submit the following changes through UltiPro: direct deposit, address, emergency
contact, W4 elections and benefits. Changes submitted the Friday before the pay date will be
reflected on the next week’s pay.
• Managers submit changes related to the employee’s job, pay rate, location, supervisor, status
such as FT or PT, and terminations. Changes other than terminations must be submitted at least
3 business days prior to the effective date. Changes flow from UltiPro to Kronos, typically within
1-2 business days after the workflow approval in UltiPro.
