               RECRUITING & ONBOARDING


               The Recruiting and Onboarding teams provide support to hiring managers throughout the organization
               in the areas of recruiting, sourcing, job postings, applicant tracking system (ATS) support, background
               checks, and new hire onboarding.




               RECRUITING

               Hiring managers work with their designated Recruiter to fill all associate-level and leadership-level
               positions across DGR.
                   •    Leadership-level Roles: work with the Sr. Recruiter to fill leadership roles.
                   •    Associate-level roles:
                       1.  Hiring manager (HM) contacts recruitment@gesmn.org to open a new opportunity and
                          updates scheduling needs document saved here: https://insider.gesmn.org/dgr/office-
                          operational-processes
                       2.  HR opens and advertises new opportunity, screens incoming applications.
                       3.  Recruiter conducts phone screens and sends pre-screened candidates to HM
                       4.  HM interviews referred candidates and extends verbal offer to qualified candidates
                       5.  HR drafts and sends offer letter and conducts background check
                       6.  HR sets up new hire in UltiPro Onboarding


               ONBOARDING

               UltiPro Onboarding is GESMN’s new hire onboarding platform that allows for a paperless orientation
               experience.  The automated process is easy to use for both the new employee and the hiring manager.

               WORKER’S COMPENSATION


               COMMON QUESTIONS
               When and how do I report work-related injuries, incidents or illnesses?
                   •  Report all work-related incidents, accidents and illnesses as soon as you are made aware of
                       them.  No work-related incident, accident or illness is too minor to report.
                   •  Go immediately to your manager or manager on duty (MOD)

                   •  Tell your manager, or MOD, what occurred
                   •  Manager will complete an Employee Accident Report, which contains the details of the incident
                       and the employee’s subsequent medical treatment and/or time loss
