LONG TERM OBJECTIVES - define what the organization wants to achieve in the long term, which is usually de-
fined as five years. These should be measurable and attainable by a specific date.
• Maintain 95% enrollment of eligible Class I marketers and associate members in the propane industry in
Tennessee.
• Encourage a higher level of attendance and involvement by members in association activities.
• To have diverse participation on the Board of Directors, Committees, and other leadership opportunities for
independent marketers, major marketers, and suppliers.
• Maintain and enhance our own employee training schools.
• Maintain working relationship with Fire Marshal’s office.
• Form a Committee to explore implementing of a State PERF.
