• Set semi-annual meeting with Fire Marshal’s office. Sometime during the months of April and October each
year.
Audit Committee
• Have books audited by March 2020 Spring Board Meeting.
• Have audit report available by the annual meeting.
• Annual budget presented to the Board of Directors by October 1, 2020.
• Annual budget presented to membership at the October 2020 Fall Board Meeting for final approval.
• Committee budget submitted to the Audit Committee by August 31, 2020.
Market Development Committee
• Develop a marketing strategy by October 2020 Fall Board Meeting.
• Develop a formal proposal for any money for projects to be presented to the State PERC Foundation before
end of October 2020 as needed.
• Maintain an effective marketing program for the membership, to include, but not be limited to:
• Media exposure in state and local news outlets.
• Explore marketing opportunity conducive to the Association.
• Committee budget submitted to Audit Committee by August 31, 2020.
Publications Committee
• Submit newsworthy items to national publications.
• Review and investigate publishing an historical Association book.
• Committee budget submitted to Audit Committee by August 31, 2020.
