Michele Haas Weilnau
She loves the Girl Scout Organization and believes that Girl
Scouting teaches young girls how to become contributing young
adults. Her passion is collecting Girl Scout memorabilia and
sharing her collection with anyone who wishes to learn about Girl
Scouting, past and present. Her heroes are her leaders during her
many (over 20) years of camping and camp counseling at Camp
Timberlane. You cannot have better Girl Scout heroes than Marty
Kelly and Margaret Renwand. Michele Haas Weilnau is the perfect
person to be on the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary Wall of Honor.
She bleeds green, has a GS faces license plate of GSCOUT and an
email address of gscout1912@aol.com. She is passionate about
Girl Scouting!

Muriel served as Commissioner of Girl Scouts in Columbus,
Ohio. She was my grandmother and introduced me to the value
of knowing people who could help others accomplish things.
