Scouts, accomplished professional and a Girl Scout Leader for
more than nine years. With her support, both of her daughters

shares with the girls in her troop cannot be explained. She
is surprised and honored to be called their “second Mom”.
Karen feels truly blessed to serve as a Girl Scout Leader and
encourages anyone else who is called upon to try it! She fnds
time in her busy life as a Registered Dietitian and Mom to

Amy Stang
Amy wears many hats in the Girl Scout organization, but most
recently Amy stepped up to develop the Age Level Troop
Fundamentals courses that were rolled out at the Adult
Learning Experience in August, 2013.  It was important that
these courses be available to the Adult Learning Facilitators
before the Fall recruiting season started.  Because of Amy’s
efforts, new leaders that we recruit this year will beneft from
these updated courses.  Thank you Amy, from one of your
fellow ALFs.
