ANNEX F: Vysnova Training Program

                                                          Vysnova has adopted a policy of “zero-tolerance” with respect to unlawful workplace harassment. In
                                                          this connection, the Company expressly prohibits any form of unlawful employee harassment based on
                                                          race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin/ancestry, age, marital
                                                          status, disability unrelated to job performance, military or veteran status, genetic information, or status
                                                          in any group protected by state or local law. This training will help all employees define and recognize
                                                          harassment, as well as discuss complaint procedures, and serve as acknowledgment of understanding
                  Workplace Harassment                    of Vysnova's policy.
