This course will go over the Customer Invoice as well as the WAWF expectations of the F&A. In
addition, a quick review of your invoice once it has been submitted and to track its status up to the
payment date. This course will also go over information within the contract that will be needed to

The course goes over all the screens a F&A or PA will need to perform their duties within CostPoint.
This includes checking to ensure a vendor have been setup, vendor invoice have been processed and/or
paid, finding wire/ACH/check number, running and review Project status reports and the supporting
reports for the PSR, checking if an invoice has been posted and/or paid as well as addition screens to
CostPoint the F&A will need from the accounting department.
The course goes over the Costpoint System reports that a program manager will need to run their
project and report to the COO. This course includes reports to help understand the PSR. It is
CostPoint Reports recommended that if the PM does not have a F&A or PA that they attend F&A classes.
Cultural competence training and cultural awareness is of paramount importance for those working in
any international or diverse setting. This training will discuss cultural competency, help employees
become more aware of the cultural viewpoints of others, and provide tips on communicating in a
Cultural Competency culturally diverse setting.
