Uploading Your Student List
Scan QR code to watch the video.
Upload your student list to track sales, coverage and personalization (if applicable), send emails and identify those who
have not yet purchased a yearbook.
Your student list connects to the Image Library and Spell Check. It is used to tag photos, create your index and confirm
spelling when you run spell check.

CHOOSE FILE
• Choose which file you want to upload.
• Accepted formats are: .csv or .xls or .xlsx
UPLOAD
Click Upload to upload your
student list.
VALIDATE
• Review your data to
confirm the header
information is correct.
• Select Continue

upload a new file.
