SHIRAZ
Varietal aromas of plums and violets, sweet fruit with a forest floor finish.
On the palate the aromas continue through to the palate with plums and
violets joined by peppercorns and spice. This is a fruit driven, medium
bodied wine with fine, soft tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.

VIOGNIER
A varietal and alluring earthy nose upfront before settling into the pretty aromas
of white flowers, jasmine and honeysuckle with hints of fennel. The palate is a
beautiful layering of distinct flavours starting with fresh apricot nectar, leading
into a creamy mid palate with bright citrus and Asian five spice on the finish.

UNWOODED CHARDONNAY

Fresh tropical fragrances provide a tantalizing suggestion of
rich, creamy peach and nougat flavours. With its subtle
spiciness and crisp finish this is a lively white wine with a touch
of exoticness. Vegan friendly.
VIOGNIER

This wine expresses aromas of honeysuckle and jasmine, with
poached quinces and apricot. The palate includes grapefruit,
lemongrass and stone fruit, and the texture adds layers of fruit
persistence. The added aging on lees and wild fermentation
deliver a rich and silky mid-palate, whilst maintaining its
freshness, making it a pleasure to drink. Vegan friendly.
SHIRAZ

Christmas pudding, Indian spice and dark chocolate,
the palate is rich and ripe and embodies a classic South
Australia Shiraz, with layers of ripe blackberries and
Christmas cake, surrounded by soft, juicy and ripe
tannins. Vegan friendly.
SHIRAZ VIOGNIER

Luscious and exotic aromas of boysenberry, Turkish delight,
vanilla bean and violets. The medium bodied palate is framed
by flavours of sweet Turkish delight and violets, while soft
tannins provide a perfect complement to the succulent finish,
which shows the synergy between these two varieties. Vegan
Botrytis friendly.

The nose is an intense riot of meadow flower honey, apricots
and ripe stone fruits. The palate is mouthfilling and rich with
the opulence of glazed fruit and cumquats. The finish is fresh
with lingering flavours and a textured length. Enjoy as a
dessert wine.
