Yalumba The Signature

                           CABERNET SAUVIGNON & SHIRAZ
                           The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes for this blend are sourced entirely from selective grower
                           vineyards and our own family owned vineyards within the Barossa. Year on year the Cabernet blocks
                           are chosen for their aromatics and palate structure that the Signature is known for. The Shiraz blocks
                           are chosen for their sweetness, fullness, depth, and many layers of complexity. This is a wine of great
                           aromatics and fineness, with excellent depth of concentration.  The benchmark for the definitive
                           Australian blend. Vegan friendly.

                                                                  CABERNET SAUVIGNON & SHIRAZ

                                    Yalumba The Scribbler is a youthful embodiment of its beloved older sibling The
                                       Signature, sharing the same bloodline, pedigree and wine-making expertise.
                                      Showcasing the Barossa, The Scribbler is an elegant, complex and bright wine
                                           that is designed to drink now but can also be cellared for medium term
                                          enjoyment.  The Scribbler opens with a savoury nose full of earthy tones
                                         followed by blood plums, cedar and smouldering dark aromatics. This is a
                                                     generous wine with great concentration and a tight frame.
                           Yalumba Eden Valley

                           VIOGNIER


                           A long, rich and luscious palate with intense stone fruit flavours,  finishing with an alluring
                           citrus freshness. A wine that continues to grow and develop in the bottle, firstly showing
                           enhanced apricots and spice, then developing honey flavours and a toast complexity.
                           Fermented for 10 months in older French oak. Exotic, luscious and expressive in style.
                           Vegan Friendly.
                                                                            Yalumba Patchwork

                                                                                            SHIRAZ

                            This wine opens with lush and juicy dark cherry, liquorice spice and wild flower notes that
                            lead into a brambly herbal savour with smoky earth tones. On the palate a satin textured
                               dark mulberry and plum fruit appears with a succulent jazzy acidity lifting the gravelly
                                  fruit. A ferrous minerality runs through the palate leaving it savoury and moorish.
                                             Matured for 13 months in American and French oak. Vegan friendly.



                           Yalumba The Strapper

                           GRENACHE SHIRAZ MAT ARO

                           A highly aromatic GSM, exhibiting aromas of raspberries, menthol, smoky
                           BBQ notes and hints of strawberry leaf. The palate is just as alluring with red
                           berry flavours, cinnamon spice, a juicy mid palate and lovely ferrous like
                           tannins. Vegan friendly.



                                                                       Yalumba Old Bush Vine

                                                                                       GRENACHE

                                Often described as one of Australia’s unsung heroes, Grenache is naturally lighter in
                            colour than Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon but continually provides us with wonderful big
                            fruit flavours. Yalumba is extremely fortunate to have some of the oldest Grenache vines
                           in the Barossa, with fruit for this wine being sourced from vines planted in 1898. Matured
                                             for 9 months in French, Hungarian and American oak. Vegan friendly
