The test rig can be used to:
• Study the pressure drops caused by straight lengths and BDF/3100 Version with 7 pipes

The fast two-way shutoff couplings disposed on the entire
bench allow the pressure loss measurement.
The measurements are done by connecting the pressure
tap hoses of the differential pressure transmitter (for low
pressure drop) to the terminals of the element to be stud-
ied.
A device to inject a tracer allows to visualize the different
flow regimes in the pipes.
