As a member of the Campaign Council, you have also helped us secure landmark partnerships like the
More in Common Alliance. As you may already be aware, the More in Common Alliance is the
partnership between CommonSpirit Health and MSM. It is the first of its kind to fill the need for
culturally competent healthcare professionals across the US.

The More in Common Alliance – A Sustained Impact

Through this partnership, MSM undergraduate medical education (UME) students are placed in
CommonSpirit Health’s hospital system for their rotations. There, they gain clinical expertise,
real-world experience, and an education that combines the social justice mission of
CommonSpirit Health with the cultural competence that is characteristic of Morehouse School of
Medicine. This alliance is about scaling lasting impact. And your family’s generosity is all about

      sustainability.

Whether promoting long-term citizen safety in Trinidad and Tobago, instilling lasting values in
children through Camp Dogwood Summer Academy, creating social mobility for first-
generation college and professional students across the country, or sustaining an influential

healthcare company through industry shifts, your impact promotes enduring change.

Much like what we are trying to accomplish through the More in Common Alliance. In fact, we

have already created an undergraduate training campus at CHI Memorial Hospital in
Chattanooga, TN and Fort Oglethorpe, GA. And we are developing two additional
undergraduate campuses in Lexington, KY, and Seattle, WA. Although we have made substantial
progress in advancing our mission, we need partners to help us build the capacity of these
      campuses.
