               Training Etiquette
Behaviour and lane etiquette at training sessions (and competitions)

While training is meant to be enjoyable as well as progressive, swimmers have a responsibility to

themselves and others to behave on poolside, in the water and all other spaces (such as the
changing rooms). Safety is paramount but everyone will have a much more enjoyable experience
at the club if good behaviour is maintained.

 Always respect the coaches and your fellow swimmers.

 4SSC will not tolerate bullying, either verbally or physically, at any time.

 Swimmers who misbehave or deliberately disrupt others may be asked to leave the

training session or a competition venue.
