STEAM JACKET KETTLE
If kettle has lime scale buildup, first delime To clean and sanitize, close valve. Fill
the surfaces before cleaning and sanitizing. kettle 1/4 full with hot water (min.
110 ° F). Add Manual Detergent as
specified by the product label.
To delime, close valve. Fill kettle with hot Scrub all surfaces with nylon brush.

solution to a near boil. Turn off steam and let detergent solution.

Open drain and scrub all loosened scale as Apply Food Surface Sanitizer
kettle empties. Thoroughly rinse all surfaces solution as specified by the product
with hot water (min. 110 ° F). label with spray bottle to interior of
kettle. Do not rinse. Allow to air dry.
Invert to promote good draining.
