STAINLESS STEEL SINK
Fill all sinks to low level with hot water and To sanitize, spray surfaces with Food
Manual Detergent. For sinks with grease Surface Sanitizer solution as
buildup and stubborn stains, use specified by the product label.
Degreaser.
Scrub the inside and outside of all sinks, Use Stainless Steel Cleaner and a
drain table, splash backs, and scrap clean, soft cloth to shine stainless
baskets with a nylon brush and the steel exterior surfaces, if needed.

Drain and rinse all sinks. Squeegee water
from all flat surfaces. Wipe exterior surfaces
with a clean, dry cloth.
