How will staff access the opportunities for Professional Development?

The Trust will make every effort to ensure all Professional Development opportunities are easily and practicably accessible to all staff.

➢ TLR holders and above will be expected to travel to one central location for the delivery of an NPQ, say, or one of the Subject
Conferences. The vast majority of these will take place at Orchard House on the Orchard Primary Academy Campus in Dewsbury.

➢ Opportunities such as Middle or Senior Leadership development will be deliverable in the host academy.

➢ However, other teaching and non-teaching staff will be able to access more localised provision, either east of the Pennines or in the
west:
