National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL)
We are able to offer Principals new to Executive Leadership or preparing for Executive Leadership in the next 12-18 months the opportunity
to undertake the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) through our alliance with Ambition School Leadership.

The programme is suitable for serving or aspiring executive leaders whose role is focused on the improvement of two or more schools. If
you are an aspiring executive leader you must be able to demonstrate the opportunity and ability to lead multiple schools, or one area
across multiple schools. Training sessions will cover the following content:
• Role and identity as an executive leader
• Driving a school improvement strategy
• People and workforce planning
• How to lead others, build culture and mission alignment
• Building financial capacity and finding the right governance structure
• Brand management and PR
• Planning for sustainable growth

Participants will be required to attend 3 immersive residential events as well as access six hours of executive coaching. They will be assessed
by the completion of two written assignments to ensure they have reached the qualification requirements.
Participants commit to stay in their sponsoring school for the duration of the programme.
