6. Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
                               Once boiling, place the klepon into the

                               pot. Avoid overcrowding, and do them
                               in batches if necessary. The dough is
                               cooked when they float. This usually
                               takes around 5-10 minutes.

                             7. Remove from the water with a slotted
                               spoon once cooked and roll them onto

                               the steamed grated coconut.

                            Klepon are best eaten on the same day or
