            菜脯黄溪角汤









            Pickled Radish and Yellow Catfish Soup



            ■ 主料                                               ■ Main Ingredients
            黄溪角                 500克                           500 grams yellow catfish

            菜脯                   50克                           50 grams pickled radish
            姜丝                   10克                           10 grams shredded ginger
            葱花                   10克                           10 grams chopped green onions

            ■ 调料                                               ■ Seasonings
            食盐                  1茶匙                            1 teaspoon salt
            胡椒粉                半茶匙                             ½ teaspoon ground pepper
            猪油                  1汤匙                            1 tablespoon lard
