            肠容易化水,洗洗干净后应及时煎至干香方便保存。

            ■ Dish Story
            Fish intestines are a humble delicacy. Besides being used to make soups, the Hakka people enjoy
            making fish intestine with spring vegetables to create a flavourful fish intestine casserole. Since
            the fish intestines tend to disintegrate easily in water, they should be clean thoroughly and pan-
            fried until dry and fragrant for proper storage.
