合，象征好兆头，为场面增添喜庆氛围。发粄有红色、黄色、白色等，有些师傅也会加入酒
糟来发酵，增添独特风味

and other joyous occasions, representing auspiciousness and adding a festive atmosphere. They
come in various colors, such as red, yellow and white, and some chefs even add wine dreg to create
a unique flavour.
