Employee counseling & assistance program
Counseling services
Our SupportLinc employee assistance program is a confidential resource
that helps you deal with life’s challenges and balancing home and work
life. You and your family can receive confidential, professional referrals
and up to six face-to-face counseling sessions per year to assist with a
wide variety of concerns, such as:
Anxiety | Depression | Marriage and relationship issues | Grief and loss
Substance abuse | Anger management | Work related pressure | Stress
You can also receive counseling and referral services using SupportLinc’s
eConnect web portal, by phone, or by using the eConnect mobile app.
SupportLinc’s eConnect technology provides video and mobile chat
counseling services, and a wealth of information including thousands
of articles, tip sheets for personal and work-related topics, and
e-Learning modules.
SupportLinc’s counseling services are provided confidentially and will not
be shared with Texas Mutual or anyone else unless you specifically grant
permission or express a concern that presents a legal obligation for the
EAP counselor to release information.
SupportLinc referrals & consultation
Your SupportLinc benefit also includes expert referrals and consultation
services, including:
■ Legal Assist – Free telephonic or face-to-face legal consultation
(one per year)
■ Financial Assist – Expert financial planning and consultation
(one per year)
■ Family Assist – Consultation and referrals for everyday
issues, such as dependent care, auto repair, pet care, and
home improvement
