Identity Theft Protection

Texas Mutual provides you with free identity theft protection, including
credit bureau monitoring and rapid credit alerts through ID Watchdog.
This benefit can provide peace of mind and protection for your financial
portfolio. A summary of the plan benefits is posted on the HR
intranet site.
The company-provided benefit includes coverage for one credit bureau.
You have the option to buy-up your coverage to include family members
and/or to increase your monitoring to three credit bureaus. The monthly
rates for this protection appear below.

Lifestyle Savings Account

Texas Mutual is proud to support your health and wellness in the way
that meets you where your need exists. With your ThrivePass Lifestyle
Savings Account (LSA), you can be reimbursed for many types of
health and wellness purchases such as gym memberships, fitness lessons
and equipment, daycare expenses, financial planning and more.
Generally, most expenses will be a taxable benefit. In 2024, the company
will contribute $250 to your LSA quarterly (Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1 and Oct 1).
New hires in 2024 receive a prorated contribution based on their hire
date. Contributions do not carryover – they must be used by the end of
the plan year.

Pet insurance
ASPCA offers pet insurance discounts for Texas Mutual employees.
You can customize your plan’s coverage for preventive care, exam fees,
diagnostics and treatment costs. Benefit highlights include:

Pet prescription savings

If your pet needs a human medication, you may receive up to 75% off
through the Inside Rx Pets program. Examples of conditions that may
receive human medications are allergies, asthma, depression and
diabetes. Visit InsideRx.com to price medications, view participating
pharmacies, and to print an Rx savings card. You must take this card
with you to the pharmacy to receive the discount.
